Research Ethics Policy

Queeva Publishing upholds strict ethical standards to ensure the integrity, transparency, and credibility of all research published in its journals. All authors must comply with the following policies:

  • Human Research Ethics: Studies involving human subjects must adhere to the Declaration of Helsinki and be approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) or equivalent ethics committee. Authors must include the name of the approving institution and ethics approval number.
  • Animal Welfare: Research involving animals must follow internationally recognized guidelines for ethical treatment. Authors must report measures taken to minimize pain and discomfort, and include approval from an institutional animal care committee.
  • Plagiarism and Originality: All submissions are screened for plagiarism using reliable detection tools. Manuscripts must represent original work and proper citation of prior publications is mandatory.
  • Data Integrity and Transparency: Authors must present accurate data and be prepared to share raw datasets upon reasonable request. Image manipulation, data fabrication, or misleading representation are strictly prohibited.
  • Authorship Criteria: All listed authors must meet ICMJE authorship standards. Ghostwriting or honorary authorship is not permitted.
  • Ethical Misconduct Reporting: Suspected ethical violations can be reported directly to the Editor-in-Chief. All cases will be investigated confidentially and resolved according to COPE flowcharts.
