Corrections and Retractions Policy

Queeva Publishing is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. We follow international best practices in managing corrections, retractions, and editorial updates in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Corrections

Corrections are issued when a published article contains an error that does not invalidate the overall findings but may impact clarity or accuracy. This includes:

  • Author name spelling errors
  • Incorrect affiliations
  • Minor data inaccuracies
  • Typographical errors that alter meaning

Corrections will be published promptly as a separate document, linked to the original article, and clearly labeled.

Retractions

Retractions are considered when serious ethical violations or major methodological flaws are identified. Retraction may occur due to:

  • Plagiarism
  • Data fabrication or falsification
  • Copyright infringement
  • Duplicate publication
  • Serious methodological errors affecting validity

Retraction notices will detail the reason, remain accessible, and link to the original article, which will be watermarked “RETRACTED” but not removed.

Editorial Expressions of Concern

In situations where an investigation is ongoing, but concerns have been raised, Queeva Publishing may issue an editorial note pending resolution.
